We understand that for an international buyer, it is always a challenge initiating business with an overseas supplier.
Our goal is to make your ordering, payment, logistics and the customs clearance process, as smooth and easy as possible.
Please note that although we are happy to assist with any inquiries that come our way, we supply only to Manufacturers, Distributors and Wholesalers. We do not deal in Retail at this time.
Rest assured, if we are not able supply to you, we will gladly refer you to a Retailer in your region who can!

We procure out of stock products directly from the manufacturers, so we are never out of stock unless the manufacturer is.
To see the full range of products we can supply to you, you can visit the manufacturer's website directly and then place an order with us for the products needed.
Once your account has been set up with us, we will provide you with wholesale pricing for the products of interest.
Orders can be placed via e-mail, sent directly to your assigned sales representative.
Returned or refused orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% if canceled after 48 hours of confirming the invoice. Please contact us if any questions.
Domestic payments are accepted via credit cards or bank transfers. International payments are accepted via Paypal or wire transfers only. There are no processing fees on credit card payments.
We require a 100% advance of the total amount of the invoice while placing an order. Shipping charges, if any, are payable once the order is ready to ship. Refunds cannot be issued for payments sent via wire transfer. Your account will be issued a credit for any shortages on your order, which can be used towards future orders.
We do not work with L/C at this time.
Processing Times :
Most orders require a processing time of 10 business days. Some orders may get processed sooner than others.
Please Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, processing times on products with a higher than usual demand have been extended to 3-4 weeks. Please plan accordingly when placing an order. We hope to get back to normal processing times as the situation improves.
Shipping to your freight forwarder requires an additional 3-4 days of transit time. Direct international shipments may take from up to 10 business days to be delivered, depending on how quickly the shipment is cleared at the port of arrival.
Orders can be shipped to a freight forwarding company as requested by the buyer or directly to the customer's overseas location.
We ship via UPS or FedEx. Customers may use their own cargo companies for shipping via ocean freight.
Please note that some products may not be available for shipping via air, based upon air-shipping regulations. Please inquire with us before placing an order.
Orders are shipped only upon receipt of the final payment. Shipping charges are calculated when the order is ready to ship.
International Customs and Licensing Requirements :
We may be able to provide you with food and health certificates of certain products we deal in, to assist you with applying for licenses and/or approval documents from your local authorities, but we strongly recommend that buyers check with their local customs authority about required licenses and approvals before placing an order.
Cake Brands USA will not be liable for any shipments delayed or rejected by the customs official of the country of import in the absence of proper documentation.
It will be the customer's responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes. We do not accept responsibility of shipments once they are handed over to the carrier and the customer has been provided with a valid shipment tracking number.
Licensed products cannot be shipped outside the U.S. or Canada.
